What is an employee assistance programme (EAP)?

The Employee Assistance Programme is a professional service that provides fully confidential advice, practical information, support and counselling to employees’ on a wide range of personal and work-related issues.

The Employee Assistance Programme is available around-the-clock either over the telephone or online, as well as providing face-to-face counselling if necessary. Further still, our full-cover EAP services can provide your employees’ with access to the very latest mental-fitness App – MyMindPal, online shopping discount portal via our trusted partner Wider Wallet, 24/7 accessible GP helpline.
